At APTHGM, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bundles and Packages
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Because many of our products are printed specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns simply due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Personal preference

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect from what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A store credit
  • A full or partial refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Changing their mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Refusing delivery

Our Responsibility

We will cover return shipping costs if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • We shipped the wrong item

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product, please place a new order after your return request has been approved.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
